Community + Meal Sundays give us an opportunity to build community through conversation and food. We will gather to sing, read scripture, and pray, and we will eat together. So much of Jesus’ ministry was around a table or feeding those who were around him. When Jesus instituted the sacrament of communion, it was in the context of more than just bread and juice, but during a meal.

Building community begins with getting to know one another, not just by name, but our stories as well. As we sit around the table, our stories are shared, and our relationships begin to deepen.

Kids Circle are encouraged to participate in full worship, meal + song.
